The "Vista Del Mar" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome duplex – Located on the northwest corner of the property. The “Vista Del Mar” offers our best view of the north pacific overlooking public beach access. It has private stairs for access or ground level entry through the garage and a shared viewing deck. Both stories are connected by an internal staircase but can be separated with the privacy door. THE UPPER FLOOR: Features 2 bedrooms, kitchen with peninsula and side bar, living room and hall bath (shower over tub) Bedroom 1 upstairs, has 1 queen bed. Bedroom 2 upstairs, has 2 twin beds and share the hall bath. There is a spacious living room, full sized kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes an electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, dishes, utensils and cookware. The dining area seats six people. Enjoy the magical sunsets from the living room, dining room, and upper level deck. THE LOWER FLOOR: Includes a Master Suite with a walk-in closet and en suite bath (shower) and separate access through the garage. The downstairs master has 2 twin beds and 1 queen. **There may be an additional cleaning fee of $50.00 for this unit based on occupancy. 

 The "Pelican's Nest" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, townhome duplex – Attached to unit 7 with a reverse floor plan, The “Pelican’s Nest” has been newly renovated with fresh paint, carpet, beds and furnishings. It has private stairs for access or ground level entry through the garage and a shared viewing deck with views of the ocean from the liviing room.  Both stories are connected by an internal staircase but can be separated with the privacy door.  The "Sea Foam" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment – Located on the lower level of the four-plex, (underneath unit 11 and 12) The “Sea Foam” is bright and cheerfully decorated in shades of blues and greens, is handicapped accessible (no stairs) and pet friendly. See our Hotel Policy for additional information regarding bringing your pet(s). It features a Master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom (shower) and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds located off the hall bathroom (shower over tub) There is a spacious living room, full sized kitchen and dining area (seats six). The kitchen includes an electric stove/oven refrigerator/freezer dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, dishes, utensils and cookware. There is an ocean view across the courtyard lawn from the dining room and living room windows. 

 The "Captain's Quarters" is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment – Located on the lower level of the four-plex (underneath units 11 and 12) The “Captain’s Quarters” offers a private space for the entire crew. It features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. located off the hall bathroom (shower over tub) There is a spacious living room, full sized kitchen and dining area. (seats six) The kitchen includes an electric stove/oven refrigerator/freezer dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, dishes, utensils and cookware. There is an ocean view across the courtyard lawn from the dining room and living room windows. 

 “Life’s a Beach” is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment – Located on the upper level of the four-plex on the northwest corner (above units 9 and 10.) It has private stairs for access and shares a large sitting/viewing deck with its upstairs neighbor. The furnishings are eclectic and colorful with an emphasis on the carefree beach life. There are 2 bedrooms both located off the hall bathroom (shower over tub) The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, the second has a queen. There is a spacious living room, full sized kitchen and dining area (seats six) with side bar. The kitchen includes an electric stove/oven refrigerator/freezer dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, dishes, utensils and cookware. There is an ocean view from every room! (except the bathroom) 

 The “Seaside Hideaway” is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment – Located on the upper level of the four-plex on the southwest corner (above units 9 and 10.) It has private stairs for access and shares a large sitting/viewing deck with its upstairs neighbor. The furnishings are calm, cozy and serene. You get the feeling of privacy being tucked away on the quiet corner of the property. There are 2 bedrooms both located off the hall bathroom (shower over tub) Each bedroom has a queen bed. There is a spacious living room, full sized kitchen and dining area with side bar. The kitchen includes an electric stove/oven refrigerator/freezer dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, dishes, utensils and cookware.
