This lower unit in the 4-plex has a good view and is close to easy beach access. It opens onto a large communal lawn and garden area, wonderful for children, family games, or sitting peacefully in the sun watching the ocean. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom and TV.  The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a queen hide-a-bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and roomy living room (TV, VCR, DVD and CD player), all with ocean views.
